Role Overview:
As the HRD Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the People Team with a wide range of HR administrative duties across the full employee lifecycle. From onboarding new starters and maintaining accurate employee records to coordinating training programmes and supporting day-to-day HR operations, you’ll be the backbone of our people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries from staff and managers.
· Maintain and update accurate employee records, files, and systems (digital and paper-based).
· Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including contracts, starter packs, reference checks, and exit documentation.
· Support the coordination of internal training, learning and development initiatives.
· Help track and record attendance, holiday requests, and sickness leave.
· Produce regular HR reports and assist with data analysis for internal use.
· Ensure compliance with GDPR and confidentiality in all employee matters.
· Assist with the organisation of employee engagement events and internal communications.
· Support the recruitment process with interview scheduling, posting job ads, and candidate communication.
· Provide general admin support to the People Team and senior HR staff as required.
Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in an HR or administration role (desirable but not essential).
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word); HR systems knowledge is a plus.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed.
