HR Manager
Location: Portsmouth. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available.
Salary: Up to £67,200 depending on skills and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Demonstrates knowledge and provides support to area of the business Defence Solutions based on expertise in Employee Relations, Reward and Case Coaching.
* Provides operational advice on a range of people issues with senior leaders, managers and employee representatives.
* Supports the development of integrated Reward and ER strategies and implementation plans.
* Manages functional and business projects; including local policy review and case coaching mobilisation.
* Works at pace and with professionalism, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
* Analyzes data to identify trends and implications, and leads on local action to address these.
* Experience in operating in a manufacturing, unionised, project-based organisation.
* Influencing and coaching others in line with business priorities.
* Works closely with Senior Leads/Partners and Heads of and delegates responsibilities to Advisors and/or Associates.
Your And Experiences
* Demonstrates reliable knowledge specific to the Discipline – Generalist HR, ER, Reward, Case Coaching, Business Integration.
* Ability to assess information from a variety of sources, demonstrating evidence based decision making.
* Is able to partner with and influence others to deliver value, coupled with strong stakeholder management capability, including employee representatives.
* Previous experience of working within a unionised environment.
