Role
Sales Executive – ICS Division
* Hours: Monday to Friday
* Employment Type: Full-Time
* Department: Sales
* Reporting to: Local Sales Manager
* Location: Northern Ireland
Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and win new industrial services business
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Deliver client meetings, presentations, and proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
* Achieve/exceed sales targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records
Knowledge & Skills
* Proven B2B new business sales experience
* Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience) (advantageous)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
* Commercially aware and results-focused
* Self-motivated with good time management
* Full clean B driving licence
