Duties & Responsibilities Develop expert knowledge of global adventure tour itineraries to confidently guide customer decisions
Respond to enquiries and manage the full customer journey from lead to post-booking support
Convert leads into bookings through a consultative sales approach
Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer messaging
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help improve internal systems and processes
What Experience is Required? Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (ideally 1–2 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client journeys simultaneously
Proactive with excellent attention to details
Salary & Benefits £24,000 – £26,000 starting salary
30 days holiday including bank holidays
