As a Telesales Executive we are looking for you to :
* Create sales opportunities through warm inbound/outbound calls with direct customer.
* Have an appetite to learn about Together's products and underwriting criteria (you will be given training) so you can refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy.
* Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications :
* Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport building skills.
* Ideally experience of generating new leads and creating sales appointments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full use of Microsoft suite of products.
Please note that shifts alternate between 9am - 5:30pm and 10:30am to 7:00pm.
