Fawkes and Reece are working with a client seeking a Temporary Site Manager for a re-roofing project on a live school site in Cardiff.
Duration: Approx. 8 weeks • Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM • Rate: £270 - £280 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project runs smoothly
* Manage health and safety on a live school site
* Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
* Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Requirements
* SMSTS qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
* First Aid at Work certificate
* Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably in roofing or construction projects
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations on live sites
