Quality Lead / Quality Manager – Domiciliary & Complex Care A highly respected care provider is seeking an experienced Quality Lead / Quality Manager to support a busy Domiciliary Care branch. The service currently holds a CQC rating of Good with an Outstanding in Care and is committed to achieving further excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in maintaining and improving service quality levels. Drive compliance and quality assurance across the branch. Provide leadership in service improvement and turnaround projects, with a focus on achieving Outstanding ratings. Monitor, audit, and evaluate care delivery against CQC standards. Offer training, guidance, and mentoring to senior care staff and coordinators. Requirements: Proven experience in Domiciliary Care and/or Complex Care. Strong background in service improvement / turnaround, ideally with experience of achieving or contributing to an Outstanding CQC rating. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks. Ability to inspire and guide teams while embedding a culture of excellence. What's on offer: Completely flexible package (DOE).
