About the role
We are looking for a driven New Car Sales Executive to join our Mazda dealership in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and engaging every customer whether that’s face‑to‑face, online, or over the phone.
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
* Building relationships through follow‑ups, videos, and regular updates.
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high‑performing team.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing sales role.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Motivated, driven, and target‑focused mindset.
* Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
* Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).
