HR Administrator - Facilities Maintenance

Role:
We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator to provide HR support to managers and employees. You'll deliver clear, consistent HR advice, manage a range of employee relations cases, support with key projects, and contribute to improving our people practices. You'll also assist with HR Services tasks during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
Providing guidance to employees on policies, HR, and pay-related queries.
Supporting administrative processes by managing employee life cycle changes, including family-friendly leave, redundancy, secondments, sabbaticals, and probation extensions, ensuring compliance.
Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Contributing to HR Shared Services projects and process improvements.
Assisting with calculating exit costs for redundancy and settlement agreements.
