Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Administrator at Lealands High School, located in Luton, Bedfordshire. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR tasks such as recruitment, employee records and benefits and payroll administration. This role also involves ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, and supporting HR management activities. Previous experience in HR administration (school experience desirable but not essential) is expected, and the successful candidate will receive full training and support to help them flourish in their new role.
Hours:
This is a permanent contract for 37 hours a week over 41 weeks of the year (term-time plus two weeks). The additional weeks will be required during the school holidays to cover payroll/reporting deadlines and onboarding new staff. The working days are Mondays, to Thursdays, 8am to 4pm and Fridays 8am to 3.30pm (with a half hour unpaid lunch break).
