Onboarding Coordinator – EMEABelfast (Hybrid) | Approx. £25,400 PAYEThis role sits within the client's Staffing Office division.Key Responsibilities:Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, HR, and other stakeholders to support the onboarding of temporary staff.Perform onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding tasks within the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).Maintain accurate system data throughout the non-employee lifecycle.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on non-employee management for the business area.Ensure compliance with internal policies and documented procedures for non-employee governance.Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, escalating issues when needed.Manage a high volume of queries to resolution across business units in the EMEA region.Support continuous improvement efforts, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.Essential Experience & Knowledge:Minimum 2 years in an administrative or business office environment, with experience using internal systems.Minimum 1 year of relationship management experience, demonstrating strong customer service skills.Familiarity with the staffing industry or vendor management systems.Proficient in MS Excel for data presentation and reporting.Preferred Experience:Background in financial services, onboarding, staffing, or vendor management.Understanding of and ability to apply corporate policies.Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools, including implementation and change management.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.Quick to learn and master new processes.Strong relationship management skills.Key Qualities:Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
