Site Manager

Site Manager wanted for this leading developer who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in Brighton which when finished will consist of over 50 apartments.

Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination.

* Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

* Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.

* Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role).

* Strong understanding of brickwork and internals

* RC Frame experience preferred but not essential

* SMSTS or SSSTS certification.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
