Job Description
Employment Locum sought on behalf of renowned law firm in North London to start in December 2025 for a long-term requirement.
The Role
You will be an experienced Employment Locum who can adeptly handle a complex caseload dealing with Employee and Employer matters.
Caseload will include:
• Employment matters relating to all manner of corporate transactions
• Restrictive covenant and confidentiality disputes
• Unfair dismissal and contract negotiations and TUPE transfers
• Advising individuals on contentious or potentially contentious claims
Our client is happy to hear from candidates with partial or full-time availability.
The exact hours and working arrangement will be based on your individual requirements.
Requirements:
• Experience in handling employment matters autonomously
• Extensive experience handling employment related corporate transactions
• Able to work in office and remotely
