They are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Air, Sea, and Road Freight .
The role will involve:
* Developing new business in line with agreed commercial targets
* Generating opportunities through self-sourced activity, warm leads, and existing networks
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Identifying growth opportunities across customers, services, and trade lanes
* Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity
* Working closely with operational teams to support a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
Package on offer:
* Basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000
* Commission structure
* Company car or car allowance
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

The ideal background:
* Proven experience selling Air, Sea, and Road Freight services
* Strong new business focus with the ability to develop opportunities independently
* Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone
