Ambitious Senior Site Manager required to work with the team on either a £35m scheme to demolish and build a 4 storey education block. The scheme is secured and on site, with asbestos and demolition underway.
The 2nd project is a £50m rapid cell deployment at Isle of Wright prison, these works are currently on site and in the early groundwork's phase
