An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join Splendid Hospitality Group, focusing on driving growth across our hotels in the North Region.
đ Location: North Region (York / Leeds area)
đ Part of: Splendid Hospitality Group
Youâll be working closely with our Director of Sales (North) to uncover opportunities, expand our client base, and strengthen relationships across Business Transient, Business Group, and Leisure Group segments.
Responsibilities
* Researching and identifying new business opportunities
* Generating leads through networking, outreach, and cold calls
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships across sectors (corporate, travel management, leisure, sports, public sector & more)
* Promoting Splendid Hospitality Group hotels and driving cross-sell across our UK portfolio
* Staying on top of industry and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
* Meeting sales targets and reporting performance via Salesforce
* Travel between York and Scotland supporting Indigo York, Indigo Edinburgh, Ibis York, Holiday Inn Express York and Holiday Inn Express Glenrothes

What we're looking for
* Proactive, naturally inquisitive, and confident speaking to new people
* Motivated by hitting (and exceeding) goals and sales targets
* A strong relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people from scratch
* Comfortable picking up the phone, networking, and presenting
* A confident communicator and team player with a passion for hospitality
* Willing to travel between clients and hotels
âš Bonus points if you have hotel sales experience, knowledge of Salesforce, or experience presenting to clients.
