At TalentCo, we build world-class teams for some of the UK’s most exciting startups, scale-ups, and tech ventures, specialising in Go-To-Market and Tech hiring. We work extremely closely with a growing portfolio of fantastic clients on both an exclusive-contingent and recruitment-as-a-service basis and we’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join us as the fourth member of our team.


As TalentCo’s Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role of bringing on more fantastic clients across the startup, scale-up and wider tech landscape, while delivery will be owned by our elite GTM & Tech hiring teams.


This is a rare opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter to take ultimate ownership of their career, joining an early-stage recruitment business as employee number 4, with an enormous opportunity to influence and impact our continued success.

Currently we work together in-person in London 1 day a week out of choice, but we’re totally flexible to individual circumstances, so this role is perfect for a top performer who is bored of wasting their time commuting to and from an office.


What You’ll Do

* Win & Grow New Clients - Drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand TalentCo’s growing presence in the tech startup and scale-up space.
* Build Your Ideal Desk - Were open to meeting 360 recruiters with a range of specialisms within the startup and scale-up world, so youll have the freedom to build the desk youve always want to.
* Provide World Class Client Experience - We continue to win a huge amount of repeat business based on our existing clients recommending us to their investors and other founders in their network. You will be expected to match our incredibly high standards when it comes to client experience.
* Become A Startup & Scale-up Expert - Whatever desk you build, well expect you to become well known in the startup and scale-up space, so becoming an expert in the VC-backed world is a must.


You’re A Great Fit If…

* You’ve got a few years of agency recruitment experience under your belt, but want to build something amazing in a much smaller environment where the opportunity to impact and earn is enormous.
* You’re ambitious, an over-achiever and goal-focused, with the drive to make a meaningful impact at an early-stage recruitment startup - you want to put in an outsized effort for an outsized reward.
* You much prefer the thought of working in a close-knit team than within a large corporation, but understand the autonomy and ownership required from you to thrive in a small team like ours.
