What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £22,000 basic with realistic OTE of £45,000+

Your Role
* Deliver a warm, respectful, customer‑first experience from first contact to handover
* Help customers explore options and find the right vehicle for their needs
* Build and maintain relationships through networking and prospecting — both in‑person and online
* Work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team focused on shared success
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in automotive sales
* Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and visual
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of your schedule
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
