We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the People team based at our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool on a 15 month maternity cover.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, this role is responsible for providing effective and efficient HR admin to support our growing Distribution Centre.
As HR administrator, you will work closely with colleagues in the HR function and across the DC. You will focus on all elements of HR support and guidance, dealing with colleague concerns, ER, absence management and maintaining employee records.
We’re looking for a highly organised and accurate administrator who can work well within a team environment. This is a busy department where the need to multitask will be paramount and excellent communication skills in all areas are essential.
