We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Catering Manager to lead operations across premium food truck units at some of the UK’s most iconic venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing high-volume food truck operations.
* Cooking and serving to large crowds.
* Leading, motivating, and coordinating team members.
* Delivering fast, efficient, high-quality service.
* Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow.
* Handling stock control and minimising waste.
* Opening and closing units efficiently.
* Acting as the senior point of contact on shift.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering.
* Proven experience leading teams in busy environments.
* Strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
* Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach.
* Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain).
