Responsibilities
* Overseeing the maintenance and security of the school site
* Conducting regular health & safety checks and risk assessments
* Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
* Managing site schedules, contractors and deliveries
* Supporting emergency situations and school events
* Ensuring the premises are safe, clean and well presented
Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities role
* Knowledge of health & safety legislation
* Strong practical and organisational skills
* Ability to manage priorities and work independently
* Professional, reliable and flexible approach
Salary
Paid in line with the support staff pay scale, depending on experience.
