People Operations is still a patchwork of good intentions, scrappy systems, and too many manual workarounds That’s where you come in. This is a build-it-all role. No red tape. No legacy baggage. Just a smart, supportive team that’s ready for someone to take the reins and create structure that scales. We need to find the right person for the job. Someone tech-savvy, process driven, start-up mentality who is extremely hands on but also wants to have FUN. What you’ll be doing: Own and build global People Ops from the ground up - think onboarding, offboarding, policies, promotions, and more Overhaul global payroll, EORs and compliance processes - and choose the tools that work Bring order to chaos: design scalable workflows and automate wherever possible Launch a modern HR intranet and help us go fully self-serve Lead, coach and develop a small (but mighty) People Ops team Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT and Leadership to make People Ops feel seamless and intentional Who you are: You’ve scaled People Ops in a SaaS/tech company (ideally 100–500 people) You think like a builder, act like an operator, and love fixing broken systems You’ve worked across multiple time zones and cultures, and know the realities of remote, global scale-ups You’re tech-savvy, data-literate, and allergic to old-school HR You don’t need a playbook - you’re the one who writes it Calm energy, high standards, zero ego Why now?
