HR Manager-People & Culture Yolk Recruitment is supporting a growing and highly regarded legal firm with the appointment of a People & Culture Manager to join their leadership team in Swansea. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the people function within a business and play a key role in shaping its future growth. Working closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO, you'll act as a trusted advisor on all people matters, helping to drive organisational change, support strategic decision-making and continue developing an already positive and collaborative culture.
