Key Responsibilities Lead development and solution design across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform ecosystems. Champion integration across Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure B2C. Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Dynamics CE, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Demonstrated leadership in technical roles, ideally mentoring or guiding development teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with directors and external collaborators. Deep understanding of modern Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure services relevant to enterprise applications. Desirable Skills Experience with Power Pages and Power BI. Background in delivering technical solutions in complex or regulated environments (e.g., public sector, education). Exposure to agile delivery environments and CI/CD practices.
