We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our UK Aerospace team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK Aerospace objectives.

About the Job
As Quality Manager, you will lead the quality function within our logistics warehouse, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer-specific standards. Reporting to the Global Quality Director – Aerospace, you'll manage a team and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), customer complaints, FAIR/ISIR/8D submissions, and supplier quality issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet AS9100, ISO9001, and customer-specific standards.
* Lead quality operations within the logistics warehouse, ensuring alignment with delivery and departmental goals.
* Coordinate supplier quality audits in collaboration with regional Supplier Quality & Performance teams.
* Manage customer quality requirements, ensuring effective flow-down through the supply chain.
* Provide quality support to customers, including audits and APQP activities.
* Drive corrective and preventive actions for internal and supplier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer claims.
* Oversee FAIR submissions from the supply chain, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Support the TSS Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with export control regulations (ITAR, REACh).
* Conduct internal audits and support process reviews to maintain QMS effectiveness.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including customer-driven quality projects and warehouse problem-solving activities.

About the Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience:
* Proven experience in Integrated Management Systems.
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001 & AS/EN9120 standards.
* Experience in Quality Assurance and team leadership preferred.
