HR Adviser / HR Officer
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser / HR Officer to join a small, dynamic, and fast-growing HR consultancy. SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid / Remote Working from Home with Client Visits covering Leeds, West Yorkshire and Surrounding Areas
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Full-Time, Permanent (flexible hours for the right person)
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle with the ability to travel to client sites as required
DUTIES
* Providing HR Advice: Deliver practical, solutions-focused guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
* Supporting HR Projects: Contribute to HR audits, handbook reviews, and engagement initiatives
* Drafting Documentation: Prepare and update HR policies, contracts, and letters for clients
* Coaching Managers: Help build managerial confidence in handling people issues effectively
* Delivering Training: Support workshops and HR learning sessions for client teams
* Ensuring Compliance: Keep client HR practices aligned with legislation and best practice
* Building Relationships: Work closely with clients and colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality support
* Managing Workload: Balance multiple client projects efficiently with a proactive approach
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* CIPD qualified (Level 3, 5, or working towards Level 5)
* Previous experience in a generalist or advisory HR role
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing client needs
* Commercially aware and keen to learn and grow professionally
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites as required
