£285 per day CIS

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works, along with SHDF projects.
The role:
Full responsibility for site management, health & safety, and programme delivery
Managing trades and subcontractors on occupied refurbishment projects
Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Gold CSCS card (or above)
Proven experience in K&B refurbishments and SHDF schemes
SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
Full driving licence
Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) – desirable
Basic DBS (or willing to obtain)
