Job Description
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
5. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance reviews and professional development.
6. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and fairly.
7. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations relevant to the not-for-profit sector.
8. Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organisational goals.
9. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
10. Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to align HR strategies with budgetary objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
