Job Summary
We're looking for an independent, experienced cook to bring their own touch to a small kitchen operation running Friday through Sunday. It's a role with a lot of freedom, responsibility, and room for creativity — ideal for someone who knows their way around a kitchen and can hold it down solo or in a tight-knit setup. It's a different role to most, which is why we are requesting anybody interested to come and have a good natter to explain the ins-&-outs.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of signature meals according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Assist in the planning of menus, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
* Collaborate with management to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in a kitchen or culinary role.
* Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
* A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
