Job role As an HR Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including managing records, recruitment logistics (posting jobs, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires (contracts, inductions), and serving as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and leave, requiring high confidentiality and accuracy.
