We'relooking for a dedicated Cleaning Site Manager to join ourCentralDivision, overseeing cleaning operations across a large education contractlocated in Milton Keynes.You'llbe responsible forday-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of supervisors and operatives.You'llalso act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
AsSite Manager,you'llbe:
* Building andmaintainingstrong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
* Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
* Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits
* Leading regular contract and specification review meetings with clients
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed
* Identifyingopportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
AsSite Manager,you'llhave:
* Experience managing cleaning contractswith excellent interpersonal and people management skills
* Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting
* Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity toplan aheadand work under pressure
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong commercial awareness,financial managementskills, and IT literacy
