This is a varied role with the core responsibility of providing customer-centric sales advice and support, working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts, and managing the administration of the sales process while liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers and estate agents. Their homes are designed to suit the needs of buyers from all walks of life, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers and investors. Every touchpoint in the customer journey matters, so you will be committed to delivering a 5★ experience, every time.
