A stand-alone HR Manager position has arisen to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. An office-based role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday on a full-time basis. Working in a stand-alone position where you will be responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees whilst supporting other sites.

As a HR Manager you will be responsible for -
* Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
* Continual review and improvement of the current recruitment process
* Conducting right to work checks, producing job offers and onboarding new starters
* Arranging performance and probationary reviews
* Completing exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
* Completing disciplinaries and grievances
* Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
* Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
* Training and development - update and support managers with training matrixes
* Any general HR administration tasks as required
Ideally for this HR Manager role, you will have -
