We’re seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Advisor to be the main HR contact for our Birdcare Division, while also supporting wider HR activities across the Group.
The Role:
1. First point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
2. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance matters.
3. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees.
4. Support TUPE transfers, restructures, and consultation processes.
5. Monitor absence and turnover, analyse HR data, and recommend practical solutions.
