Location: On-site at our client based in Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £30,000+ up to 40% bonus
Job Role: Exhibition Sales Executive.
Role Overview:
Your mission will be to up-sell products and services to exhibition customers, ensuring maximum commercial returns and supporting the client's overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Financial Delivery: Understand products and services, manage sales portfolios, and maximise sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
2. Business Development: Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate with management on proactive campaigns.
3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Client Liaison: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction with venue requirements.
5. Compliance & Corporate Initiatives: Adhere to company policies and support broader NEC Venue and Group Sales strategy.
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience: Ideally 2 years in a sales and service environment.
2. Technical Skills: Previous experience in a contact centre or telephony role is preferred.
3. People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate.
4. Personal Traits: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive "can do" attitude.
5. Team Player: Willing to collaborate and share knowledge across the organisation.
