About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide 1-month cover on a busy new-build housing development. The primary focus will be overseeing and completing finishing-off works to ensure the site is ready for handover.
This role would suit someone with a joinery background or keen eye for detail, who is confident working alongside supervising trades, ensuring all finishing details are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate finishing trades on site.
* Oversee quality control, snagging, and defect rectification.
* Liaise with subcontractors
* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with build schedules.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Finishing Foreman on new-build housing projects.
* Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
* Valid CSCS card and SSSTS and First Aid.
