Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build social housing scheme in Co. Derry, managing the project from site set up through to handover.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Day to day management of site activities, subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high-quality standard
* Managing health & safety in line with CDM regulations
* Coordinating materials, plant, inspections and site documentation
* Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives
* Maintaining accurate records, programmes and progress reports
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or social housing new builds
* Strong knowledge of building control standards
* Excellent health & safety awareness and leadership skills
* Ability to manage programmes, people and subcontractors effectively
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
* Strong communication and organisational skills
