About the Role
We are now recruiting for Head of People Business Partnering & Employee Relations, to join our supportive & collaborative People Team, on an initial 6 month fixed term basis, with the possibility of this being extended.
As a key member of the People Leadership team this role will work closely with the People Director, and leads for Talent, People Services and Reward to develop and deliver the People Team strategy.
The role directly partners members of the Executive Team and is responsible for leading and developing the Business Partnering team of three, inclusive of Employee Relations, enabling them to work with their business
stakeholders to develop and deliver the appropriate functional people plans ensuring alignment with and delivery of the organisational objectives.

About you
9. CIPD qualified / significant previous experience in Senior HR role
10. Strong UK employment law knowledge with commercial focus
11. Strong leadership skills of self and others
12. Proactive in achieving results
13. Ability to develop forward-thinking HR approaches
