Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day construction process on site
2. Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
3. Carry out site inductions and daily toolbox talks
4. Build strong working relationships between trades and teams
5. Coordinate work schedules and ensure deadlines are met
6. Take accountability for project delivery and quality
Essential Skills and Experience
7. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry
8. Minimum of 1 year in a site management role
9. Solar experience (desirable)
10. SMSTS qualification (essential)
11. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
12. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly
13. IT literate with strong reporting ability
14. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away during projects
