Primary School Enrichment and Learning Mentor – CF23 We are seeking a positive, creative and dedicated individual to join our primary school in CF23 as an Enrichment and Learning Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils’ personal, social and academic development through engaging, hands-on learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. Main Responsibilities: Work with children across all year groups to promote confidence, independence and engagement in learning. Plan and deliver small group or 1:1 interventions focused on wellbeing, confidence building, and social skills. Lead enrichment sessions such as outdoor learning, cooking, art, drama, or creative projects linked to the curriculum. Support the organisation of whole-school activities, themed days and after-school clubs. Work closely with class teachers and the wider staff team to identify and support pupils who may need additional guidance. Contribute to creating a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where all children can thrive. We are looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, caring and able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues. Can adapt quickly to different age groups and learning styles. Has a proactive attitude and enjoys contributing new ideas. Can remain calm, organised and professional in a busy school environment.
