As HR Officer you will provide technical HR expertise in a professional HR function and provide a proactive service across our various sites within the Dungannon, Ballymena and Craigavon areas, therefore some travel between sites is required.
Some of the role duties and responsibilities are listed below;
* To provide day to day HR support to a range of leaders and employees across various locations in NI.
* Provide training, coaching and support to managers on HR policies, procedures and legal requirements, ensuring fairness and consistency.
* Deliver effective recruitment, selection and retention solutions, all within HR best practice and legislative guidelines.
* Manage employee administration.
* Complete weekly, monthly HR reports and KPI information and reports required
* Monitor and assist mangers in the application of the company’s attendance management policy liaising with occupational health where applicable.
* Where applicable provide a day to day interface with local union reps and build positive relationships with them.
* Ensure the employee performance is regularly reviewed in line with company procedures.
* Monitor and support leaders with employee relations in line with current employment legislation.
* Carry out any adhoc project work in line with business need.

* CIPD equivalent qualification

* Previous HR experience within the food industry experience
* Proven unionised environment experience
* Previous experience of time and attendance and payroll systems
