We are hiring for a Catering Manager at Leamington Spa College who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. This role works 52 weeks of the year with occasional weekend work.
The role:
* Up to £32,000 per annum
* 35 hours per week working Monday – Friday (occasional weekend and evening work)
* Working 52 weeks per year
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
* Ensuring the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations and procedures
* Enhancing the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers, exceeding expectations
* Managing the day-to-day running of the location, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
* Being the main point of contact for the client at your school, recommending and implementing adjustments and improvements
* Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets
* Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone excels in their roles, completing all training, and managing performance

Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* Level 3 Hygiene Certificate
* Barista Trained
