Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices

We seek talented Reward specialists eager to grow within a dynamic environment. The role involves business development, client proposals, presentations, and technical writing, offering excellent learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing client projects related to Reward workflows, including designing and reviewing incentive plans, advising on tax implications, corporate transactions, and employee share plans.
* Supporting Remuneration Committees and management with reward strategies, governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Benchmarking pay and benefits, staying updated on market trends.
* Building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborating with teams for integrated advice, mentoring junior staff, developing innovative solutions.
* Managing engagement profitability and quality.
Requirements:
* Responsibility-driven, collaborative, and professional individuals keen on personal and professional development.
* Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in designing incentive plans, advising on reward strategies, and relevant qualifications (ATT, CTA, ACA, or legal).
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with incentive plan design considering UK and international tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
* Knowledge of employee share plans, corporate governance, ESG, and remuneration reporting.
