Our Working Day
Office hours are 9:00 to 17: hour working week), Monday toFriday, with flexible working options available to work from 8:00 to16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Employment Lawyer withdemonstrable expertise in a wide range of employment law matters,acting for both employees and employers in contentious and noncontentious matters to join our well- regarded Employment Law andBusiness Disputes team. This role offers an excellent opportunity todevelop a varied caseload, working with a broad client base in a fastgrowing firm.You will play a key part in delivering high-quality legal advice andrepresentation in Employment Law disputes, Employment Tribunallitigation for both Claimants and Respondents, Settlement Agreementadvice and negotiation whilst also supporting the team in broaderemployment law services such as disciplinary and grievance procedures,TUPE, employment contracts and civil litigation and business disputes,where required.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQEExperience in civil litigation/business disputes a big plusExcellent communication and client care skillsCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to businessdevelopment
