THE OPPORTUNITY

The UK solar market is booming — and we're growing fast to match it. S.Electrix Ltd is a Yorkshire-based solar electrical business installing premium solar PV, battery storage and EV charging solutions for homeowners and businesses across West and North Yorkshire.

As we scale our operations in these key territories, we need a confident, driven Sales Executive who wants to be at the heart of that growth story.

This is a field-based, hybrid role with the freedom to manage your own diary and pipeline. You'll be surveying properties, designing bespoke solutions, and closing deals — with uncapped commission rewarding every sale you make.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Build and manage your lead pipeline using our CRM system, working with both inbound enquiries and self-generated opportunities. Work alongside the Solar Operations Manager as required to keep deals moving. Full CRM training provided.
* Conduct property surveys, assess energy requirements, and design bespoke solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions using OpenSolar.
* Present tailored proposals that genuinely match each customer's energy goals and budget — consultative, not pushy.
* Guide customers confidently from survey to signed contract.
* Keep your pipeline accurate and contribute to team forecasting.
* Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
* Experience in renewable energy or solar sales (2+ years preferred).
* Familiarity with OpenSolar for system design and proposals.
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own diary independently.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (£2,500 car allowance provided).
* Based in or within easy reach of West or North Yorkshire.
* MCS awareness or knowledge of solar/battery installation processes.
* Experience with grant schemes (ECO4, GBIS) and customer finance options.
* Existing network in the Yorkshire region.
* Experience using a CRM system to manage and track a sales pipeline.

* £25,000 base + 3% uncapped commission on every deal you close.

You'll cover a defined territory across West and North Yorkshire — one of the UK's most active regions for solar adoption right now. Exact boundaries confirmed at interview. Strong inbound lead flow plus freedom to develop your own pipeline.
