Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 per annum & £35,000 - £60,000 OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: BD7 & field based
Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a dual role involving both internal and external sales, selling branded clothing and promotional products to businesses across the UK. Products include work uniforms, branded Hi-Vis, gilets, polo shirts, and more.
You will report directly to the Managing Director & Owner and play a key role in driving revenue through account management, cold calling, and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Conduct client meetings on-site to understand their needs and present solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
What We Offer
Basic Salary: £26,000 per annum
Commission Structure: Fantastic earning potential with £35,000–£60,000+ OTE
Full training provided – industry experience not required for the right candidate with a strong desire to learn.

Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings.
Valid UK driver’s licence.
