Kenna Recruitment is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead a residential scheme of over 150 units at a leading UK developer.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the construction of the residential scheme, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Supervise the management of several packages simultaneously.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
* Current CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First Aid at Work certification.
* Minimum of 4 years experience as Senior Site Manager on residential schemes.
* Experience managing multiple packages concurrently.
