Quality Manager Location: Dorset Hours of work: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday Salary: c£55,000 We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage all aspects of quality within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for product quality, production processes, and the ongoing development of quality standards. You will lead the quality team, work closely with production and senior management, and ensure compliance with all relevant quality management systems including ISO / IATF / AS / NADCAP. A key part of the role will be managing customer quality issues, driving corrective actions, and proactively reducing internal and external defects.
