Good understanding of ServiceNow Development platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM. Proficient in ServiceNow client-side and Server-side scripting, and understanding on REST APIs, Flow designer, Reporting, Notifications. Good hands on experience of programming languages like Java Script, HTML, SQL, Angular JS. Deep knowledge in ServiceNow and Service Management tools portfolio. Experience of working in Agile framework. Very good verbal and written communication skills Convincing problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle and address complexity under all circumstances. Detailed oriented nature to seek and understand all the details of problem before beginning to solve it. While using a shared platform, used and managed by other IT teams, the resource should be cognizant of how changes may impact other parts of the platform. The resource will need to pair good communication with change control to keep the system stable while managing new development and configuration changes.
