Join us as a Site Manager, where you'll lead from the front, taking full ownership of complex site operations, driving a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across some of the industry's most prestigious projects.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with
* You'll be responsible for all activities on site related to the project requiring little guidance from the Contracts Manager and able to demonstrate initiative and self-reliance.
* You'll plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities in excess of 4 weeks in advance, including resources and labour in line with project information and the construction programme.
* You'll produce programmes to support your Contracts Manager's overall project schedule, using programming software both to compile these and as a tool to track progress, record delays, and log variations
* You'll plan for more numerous, complex tasks in an integrated manner that illustrates how they are interlinked and interdependent.
* You'll manage your team in line with HR (Human Resources) policies and the Company values.
Where you'll be based
You'll join our Central Regional Team, where we undertake projects valued between £5m and £15m. Specialising in Grade II Listed properties, refurbishments and contemporary new builds, each project requires meticulous management and attention to detail.
